Founding President of IMANI Africa, Franklin Cudjoe wants government to sell all publicly owned prisons in the country and hand the management of such facilities to him.

He believes he can better manage these facilities, than the mandated state institutions are currently doing.

He said ‘’we should sell all publicly owned prisons and hand over their management to me. If you agree, let’s us say prayers in churches, Mosques, Shrines and oh, the Cathedral which will live in our hearts’’.

Mr. Cudjoe is also calling for the outsourcing of the operations of the Office of the Special Prosecutor and the Ministry of Justice to investigative journalists, Anas Aremeyaw Anas and Manasseh Azure Awuni.

In addition, he wants the state to pay the two journalists 30 thousand Ghana Cedis each, every month for doing the work that the Economic and Organised Crime Office and the National Security should be doing.

‘’We should shut down EOCO and the National Security and outsource their work to these two men. And then privatise the office of Prosecution/Ministry of Justice’’ he wrote on his Facebook Page.
