The Chief Executive Officer of distressed gold trading firm, Menzgold, Nana Appiah Mensah seems to have heavily invested in landed properties within the five year period that the company has operated, and that is beside the impressive collection of expensive luxury cars his has.

The landed properties include 510 acres of land, two luxurious buildings located at Trasacco valley, bearing plot numbers 315 and 337 respectively, a plot of land near Oak Street, plot number 54 around Trassaco Valley and an uncompleted residence.

The properties include the Menzgold office complex, Zylofon Art complex, Brew Marketing Consult, Star Mardid Football Club, Zylofon Music and Media Company Limited, Brew Energy Company Limited and G-Tech Automobile Service.

The other properties include the numerous assorted and luxurious cars the embattled Chief Executive Officer of the Company NAM 1 as Nana Appiah Mensah is popularly known, acquired for the musicians, artistes, actors and actresses under the zylofon label and the private jet being used the NAM 1 himself.

The Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) yesterday issued a media release indicating that it had received a High Court order to freeze all assets of the company including landed properties and vehicles.

It went further to instruct all workers of the affected companies and relatives and friends of the Chief Executive Officer who are in possession of all such properties to surrender them without fail.
