DANIEL 6:4
“THEN THE COMMISSIONERS AND SATRAPS BEGAN TRYING TO FIND A GROUND OF ACCUSATION AGAINST DANIEL IN REGARD TO GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS; BUT THEY COULD FIND NO GROUND OF ACCUSATION OR EVIDENCE OF CORRUPTION, IN AS MUCH AS HE WAS FAITHFUL…”
One great thing that distinguishes successful people from ordinary and unsuccessful people is their ability to hear their haters and pay them no mind.
In life, no matter what you do, whether you are a student, a business person, married or unmarried, barren or fruitful, tall or short, some people will believe you whilst others will not. They will simply criticise you and doubt your ability to succeed. “You can choose to listen to the naysayers, skeptics and the critics or simply press the ignore button”. But whether or not you press it, people will continue to judge, criticise and discourage you. Just go ahead and let them. You cannot stop or explain all your actions and decisions to everybody, but you can silence them with your success.
I have realised in most cases that, “people are their own worst critics”. When people look into the mirror, they ignore what is right, and focus on what is wrong. The only way people can believe in you is, when you first believe in yourself. Always remember that “Hate is a by product of fear, and it will call you at the most vulnerable moments”. It’s not what you are called, it’s what you answer to that matters.
Pay less attention to what people say, and focus on why they are saying it. That’s what wisdom does. Dissect the issues, analyse them, and focus on the positives. Actions speak louder than words, and people will always show you who they are at the most critical point of your need. Get up after every fall. “The righteous shall fall seven times; but seven times he shall rise”. Mistakes are characteristics of any new enterprise. Some mistakes might look like failure in the eyes of your critics, haters and naysayers.
“Keep going, success is a journey, not a destination”. You will learn and grow along the way.
Stay blessed always and remember to love someone and mean it.
