The Founder and Leader of the All People’s Congress (APC), Hassan Ayariga has thrown a word of caution to dancehall acts, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy, admonishing them to be mindful of their behavior since they are role models to many of the youth in the country.

According to him, the duo are pop stars and not gangsters and must exercise a lot of restraint in the way they behave, particularly in public.

‘’Take lessons from Tupac and Biggie’s story and live in peace with one another. Music is a message. Tell yours’’.

Mr. Ayariga who took to his Facebook Page to voice his worries over the VGMA commotion last Saturday night wrote:

‘’As a leader aspiring to be the president of this country, the youth in this country is my priority, we have seen great talent and skills in SHATTA WALE and STONEBOY, I wish to congratulate both for their contributions towards the Music industry, you guys are POP STARS and NOT GANGSTERS , you both have admirers and huge fan BASE , please continue to entertain them and inspire the millions of the youth who wish to be Like you. Take lessons from Tupac and Biggie’s story and live in peace with one another. Music is a message. Tell yours. Ghanaians love you Both. Thanks.
