Gov’t presents 20 landcruisers, 24 Toyota Camry salon cars and 19 pickups to Ghana Police Service

In line with President Akufo-Addo’s commitment to resourcing the Ghana Police Service to  improve on its services, government has presented 64 vehicles to augment their fleet.

The vehicles  are expected to enhance mobility as well the  operational capabilities of the Ghana Police  service.

The handing over was done at the Ghana Police Service’s headquarters on Wednesday, April 17,2019 by the Minister for the Interior, Mr. Ambrose Dery.

The Minister  charged the Service to use the vehicles effectively and also for the intended purpose.

This is the 3rd of such presentation since the assumption into office of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

The vehicles comprise of 20 land cruisers, 25 Toyota Camry salon cars and 19 Toyota Hilux pick ups.
