Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has reiterated government’s commitment at ensuring efficient and effective delivery of public services through digitization.
According to him, it will also provide a better way of targeting those who need help and allow for more transparent public administration.
The vice president made the remarks when he delivered the keynote address at the at the 2nd Africa Biennial Conference of the International Communication Association (ICA) hosted by the School of Information and Communications Studies, University of Ghana, Legon, today Wednesday, November 7, 2018.
He opined further that ‘’government will continue to liaise with academia to enhance the scientific and social enquiries to expand our understanding of ourselves and developmental needs.’’
