The technical support providers for the Customs division of the Ghana Revenue Authority, Westblue consulting has boosted the courier operations of Ghana Post, the designated universal operator of postal services in Ghana.
West Blue Consulting has developed asoftware to enhance Ghana Post’s courier system, which is the receipt of parcels. What this means is that customers who are due to pay duties on their parcels can do so electronically and the parcels will be delivered to their doorstep through the use of the digital address system.
The Chief Commercial Officer of Ghana Post Company Ltd, Jonathan Ansah said the improvement of currier services has injected efficiency into the operations of the company.
He added that the new software eliminates inconveniences and adds value to the customer.
Head of Parcels, EMS and Speedlink of Ghana Post, Sule Lugeh assured customers of the safety and security of their parcels with their tracking system, as well as an efficient, reliable and quick postal service.
