Vociferous strongman of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Fadi Daboussi has intimated that the NPP had many videos and pictures of officials of the erstwhile National Democratic Congress (NDC) administration in their moments of compromise, but did not use them for scoring cheap political points.

Mr. Daboussi’s comments come on the back of the leaked video chat between the National Security Minister, Albert Kan Dapaah and his alleged side-chick, which has attracted varied opinions in the public domain.

Ghana woke up on Sunday, January 12 2019 to a video on social media in which Mr. Kan Dapaah is seen having a video call with a lady that has been described as his side chick, with many condemning and ridiculing him for what they say is his decision to take instructions from a ‘small girl’, per the conversation in the video.

Mr. Daboussi in a write up on the matter on social media and sighted by BestNewsGH.com said ‘’ When personal issues are brought out in public intentionally, it is called slander. We had many videos and pictures of past government officials in their moments of compromise, but we did not expose them to score cheap political points.’’

‘’A government official is a human being. Anything and everything that they do outside of their work is their own business. When personal issues are brought out in public intentionally, it is called slander. We had many videos and pictures of past government officials in their moments of compromise, but we did not expose them to score cheap political points. Supposing this is tried on me, for example, you will not have the tongue and fingers to tell the rest of the story. #MafiaProstitutes Fadi Dabbousi’’
