Prostitute resorts to using nylon bag when she has no condom

An adventurous prostitute identified as Daniella Kasekwa from Goma in the Democratic Republic of Congo has caused a stir with her unorthodox way of protecting herself from the sexually transmitted diseases in the cause of plying her trade.

Daniella believes the plastic bags protect her more form STDs and it does not in any way disappoint her. She opined that the fear of contracting the deadly HIV/AIDS virus is the main reason why she uses plastic bags (nylon bags).

Interestingly she seems to get more customers as reports say Daniella makes 40,000 francs a day from the business. The deduction here is that Daniella Kasekwa does not want to risk her life by not using condoms at all, a practice which prevalent with lots of sex workers.

Hence using plastic bags which to some extent guarantees her safety is better than going for ‘skin to skin’ that will inevitably make her vulnerable to the deadly disease.

Statistics indicate that prostitutes are 10 times more likely to become infected with HIV than adults in the general population and one of the things that increase their vulnerability is the multiple partners and inconsistent use of contraceptives, herein condoms.

We believe Daniella Kasekwa’s method albeit weird is better than no protection at all.
