It seems the immediate past Chief Executive Officer of the Coastal Development Authority Samuel Attah-Mensah seem to have gotten over the talk about his resignation and is enjoying some good food at home.

He seems to be so much into local dishes, and perhaps his favourite is boiled plantain with kontonmire stew.

Mr. Attah-Mensah prescribes local dishes for everyone as an antidote to stabilize the exchange rate, while cutting down on imports with the scarce dollars in the system.

He took to his Facebook page and posted a picture of a plate of sumptuous delicious plantain and kontonmire stew with the accompanying message ‘’The exchange rate will see some stability if we stick to this and stop importing the ‘’whiteman’s’’ food with our dollars.
