Director of Communications at Ghana Gas Company, Ernest Owusu Bempah as served notice that Ghanaians will resist any attempt by former president John Dramani Mahama to use what he said is his ill-gotten wealth to sponsor hoodlums and rogues against the ruling New Patriotic Party and the government of president Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

Mr. Owusu Bempah’s anger stems from what he described as a new method adopted by the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) at the behest of former president Mahama to doctor voices of government appointees and vociferous members of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP).

‘’Mr. Mahama you have to come clean because if this is the tangent you want to go, we will face you fair and square and if you joke the kind of secrets we will bring out about you, Ghana will become too small for you. You can go out there and use your ill-gotten wealth to finance rogues, hoodlums and unscrupulous journalists who do not know their left from their right and get them to twist facts and skew them, manipulate and doctor peoples’ voices against the government and NPP. But the heat will be on you.

Mr. Owusu Bempah described as shameful, an audio recording which went viral on social Media and purported to be the voice of the Ashanti Regional Minister, Mr. Simon Osei Mensah, saying the audio was doctored by the NDC ‘ways and means committee’.

He was emphatic that the regional minister was not the one speaking in the audio and that the plan by the NDC is to create disaffection for the NPP and government, adding that it is the diabolical agenda of former president John Dramani Mahama to use communist inferior tactics to denigrate his opponents.
