MTN Ghana has presented a brand new car to the overall winner of the MTN Mobile Money (MoMo) 10th Anniversary Promotion in the Central Region.
The event which took place today, Wednesday October 30, 2019 saw Mr. John Amoah emerging as the overall winner.
In his remarks after the presentation, the Regional Senior Manager for South West Business District of MTN, Mr. Prince Owusu Nyarkoh said the company has given out a total of 10 brand new cars to winners across the country as part of the 10th anniversary celebrations.
According to him, the company apart from the cars, has also dolled out various other prizes to other winners.
He said it was imperative for the generality of the Ghanaian people to resort to the use of MTN Mobile Money in their day to day transactions including payments for school fees, fuel, food and savings.
Mr. Owusu Nyarko averred that MTN Mobile Money makes it easier for people to do business without necessarily having to use cash.
‘’I am encouraging all Ghanaians to use Mobile Money for paying their ward’s school fees, buying fuel, transfer of money and every other thing. They can even save on their Mobile Money wallets. So once they use their wallets, when the opportunity comes, they will also be able to win some prizes and awards’’ he said.
