MTN donates to Western Regional Chief Imam towards Eid-ul Fitr

Mobile Telecommunications giant MTN has donated various items to the Western Regional Chief Imam towards this year’s Eid-ul Fitr celebrations.

The items include a ram, 10 bags of rice, 10 cartons of vegetable cooking oil and 20 boxes of mineral water.

Speaking during the presentation,  the Senior Regional Manager in charge of South-West Business District, Prince Owusu Nyarko said ‘’ We are here today to extend the warmest regards and most sincere wishes from the Management and staff of MTN to you for the relationship we have enjoyed with the Muslim Community over the years. We also thank Allah, the Most Gracious and the Most Merciful, for the opportunity to once again share and strengthen our relationship with the Muslim Community during all this important season.’’

According him, the company will endeavor to make its products available to its clients during the Eid celebrations.

‘’We will ensure that during the festive period, our products and services are available for all those who need it. We shall also provide celebrants with seamless telecommunication services on the MTN network which include fastest Turbonet internet services. We encourage you all to share pictures and memories of the celebrations with your families and friends through WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter and other social media platforms available’’ he said.

Mr. Owusu Nyarko added that the company continues to invest in state-of-the-art infrastructure with the view to offering world-class services and to ensure the BRIGHTENING of the lives of its subscribers.
