Blaming subordinates and people beneath you for wrongs that happen around you, be in the working environment, in the church or even as a country takes the shine off you as a leader.

It exposes you as a weakling whose emotional and intellectual stamina cannot stand the test of leadership.

These are the thoughts of Senior Pastor of Liberty House Christian Centre in Tema Community 25, Reverend Prophet Luke Luki Barson.

Speaking at a leadership and responsibility seminar for leaders of the Liberty House Christian Centre, the revered Man of God condemned the trend in which leaders tend to blame others for their failures, explaining that such leaders are worst that their followers.

According to Dr. Precision 1, as he is popularly known because of his unmatched record of accurate and precise prophesies the true mark of a leader is one who solves problems, takes bold decisions and proffer solutions.

‘’Leaders who blame others for their failures and ineffectiveness are worse than their followers. Leaders solve problems, they find solutions and take bold decisions’’ he expatiated.

Rev. Prophet Luke Barson added ‘’it is easy to blame others for your situation. But it is much more productive to search your own past and find what caused your faults and failures. In Ghana, every leader blames someone for a problem caused. When will we take responsibility for our shortcomings? Whether in the church, government the public sector?’’ he added.
