Students of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) have served notice they will embark on a massive demonstration today, October 22 2018 in protest of the recent brutalities being meted out to them.

A statement issued by the executive council of the Students’ Representative Council jointly with the Student Representative Council’s Parliamentary Council as well as student leaders intimated the demonstration was a call to duty and that ‘enough is enough’.

The students are also boycotting lectures as a result.

There have been recent reports about disturbances in the renowned school with the latest report of a brutalized student losing his memory.

This has sparked public outrage with some people lampooning the school’s authorities for presiding over such mess, particularly when the lives of students are endangered.

See below, the letter authored by the student leadership of the school.
