General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) Johnson Asiedu Nketia has said he is not perturbed about the false perception Ghanaians hold about him with regards to his academic qualifications, saying he is not bordered in the least.

According to him, he has done many odd jobs in the past to survive and that he does not see his academic qualification as a matter he should tout to the Ghanaian people.

‘’I will not talk about my academic qualifications. Ghanaians say I don’t have any qualification and so let’s leave it at that. I have done so many things in life. I have been a palmwine tapper, a truck pusher, a shoe shine boy and an akpetsehie seller before. I did all these things to survive and I am not ashamed of that. As for academic qualification, it is secondary to me’’ he told Accra based okay fm, Monday December 23, 2018.

Mr. Asiedu Nketia, commenting the performance of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) said the government has woefully failed to deliver on its mandate and has deceived the Ghanaian people, adding that the NDC is on course to unseat the NPP in the 2020 elections.
