Opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) presidential candidate aspirant Stephen Atugiba has listed positions he will give to his fellow aspirants should they step down for him and he eventually wins the national elections and become president of the country.

According to him, he will make Alban Bagbin the speaker of parliament, Professor Joshua Alabi his special advisor and Sylvester Mensah his Minister for foreign affairs.

‘’Spio Garbrah is like schnapps. You know schnapps you use it to marry, you can use it to pour libation and you can do so many things with it. He has a lot respect around him and so he will be like a utility player. I will use him very well to the benefit of the country’’ he said.

According to him Sylvester Mensah maintains a calm disposition and so will be his foreign minister, adding that ‘’Bagbin for instance has a lot of experience and so I will make him the speaker of parliament so that when I and my vice president are out of the country, he can get to taste the presidency. Joshua Alabi will be my special advisor because he has built institutions before. John Mahama is a stakeholder and I cannot make him my vice because of ethnic balance. He is also a northerner, so I will tap into his vast experience’’.

Mr. Atugiba is impressing upon all the other aspirants to step aside and support him so that he leads the party to into the 2020 election.
