Hungary reopens embassy in Ghana for business after 30 year closure

Hungary has reopened its embassy in Ghana after it was closed for 30 years.

Vice President of Ghana, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia joined the Minister for Foreign Affairs for Hungary, Dr. Peter Szijatto to cut the tape for the official reopening of the embassy.

According to Dr. Bawumia, the reopening of the Embassy is a win-win for both countries, and would enhance the historic relationship between Ghana and Hungary.

He was optimistic that the reopening of the embassy will also in no small measure help in deepening the already cordial ties between the two countries.

The Minister for Foreign Affairs for Hungary, Dr. Peter Szijatto was also beside himself with joy as he believes Ghana and Hungary will improve bilateral relations that will inure to the benefit of the two countries.
