National Organiser of the ruling New patriotic Party (NPP) Sammi  Awuku says his prayers have been answered with the election of Joshua Akamba as the National organizer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).

According to him, the newly elected NDC national organizer only blows hot air and cannot compete in the game of policy expatiation and dilation, adding that his trade mark is propaganda.

Mr. Awuku who was speaking on Accra based Asempa Fm and monitored by BestNewsGH.com said he would have been extremely worried should the delegates have settled on former Eastern Regional Minister, Ahmed Baba Jamal.

‘’I prayed to God to let them elect Joshua Akamba for me and I think God has listened to my prayer and vindicated my position. You know when you are going into a tournament, you pray for opponents who you can beat. I would have been disturbed if Baba Jamal, Yaw Boateng Gyan or Solomon Nkansah had elected because they would have been the dynamic for me and if any of them had won. Baba Jamal for example is a good communicator, he has been the party’s deputy General Secretary before and he has been a Member of Parliament before. If you look at Yaw Boateng Gyan, in terms of thinking and strategy, he is a bit witty in that regard and so it was my prayer that going into 2020, Akamba would win as organizer because he lacks the vibes to a certain extent. All he is good at doing is throwing tantrums without making sense. If you engage him and ask him to mention 2 or 3 policies his government will come up with, he can’t do it. If you ask him to tell you his policy or strategy he has come with as the organizer, he can’t tell you. And so he is only coming with propaganda from A to Z. Akamba will make the work a bit convenient for some of us even though I won’t get complacent and it’s good he is determined to take me as a son.  If he is papa organizer, in 2020 as a son organizer, we will show him we are wise, smart, alert and witty’’ he said.
