Ghana Beyond Aid and job creation: Dr. Daniel McKorley to establish 20 new businesses to create more jobs

Chairman of the McDan Group of Companies, Dr. Daniel McKorley has stated his intention to support government realize the Ghana Beyond Aid dream by establishing 20 new businesses.

Dr. Mckorley who won the 2017 Marketing Man of the Year Award at the 2018 Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG) Awards held in Accra over the weekend, said he was enthused about the quest by government to take the country out of the current quagmire she finds herself.

He said he was fixated at the establishment of the new businesses particularly to help in the country’s job creation drive.

According to Dr. McKorley, he reckons the fact that the unemployment situation was getting out of hand, hence the need for the private sector to partner government to create more jobs for the teeming youth in the country.

Already, the McDan Group boasts of more than a dozen companies spanning several sectors of the economy and has employed thousands of Ghanaians.
