Ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) strongman, Hopeson Adorye has eulogized the Minister of State for National Security, Bryan Achemapong, saying his prowess in national security matters is unmatched.

According to him, Mr. Acheampong is a United States of America (USA) trained Army Officer and that he is an ex- US Army officer who has all the finest training as far matters of security are concerned.

Speaking on Accra based Asempa Fm’s Eko Sii Sen programme Friday, February 8 2019, Mr. Adorye who also works with the National Security Secretariat as one of the Directors said Mr. Acheampong played a lead role in the first US-Afghanistan war.

‘’Bryan Acheampong is unmatched when it comes to security matters. He is a US trained Army Officer and played a lead role in the first war between the US and Afghanistan. He was the one incharge of the lead vehicle in the US Army convoy in the US-Afghan war. So wherever they went to, he was usually the lead person and so he has an in-depth understanding of security matters’’ he said.

According Mr. Adorye, Ghanaians should rather thank Mr. Acheampong for owning up that he actually deployed the masked-security operatives that have been accused of unleashing mayhem on some people in the Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency during the by-election.
