Controversial musician and self-styled anti-corruption crusader, Kwame Obeng Asare, otherwise known as Kwame A-Plus has hit out at his critics and perceived enemies, saying he will conquer them even in his sleep.
He has been at the forefront of fighting some state institutions in recent times, leveling allegations of corruption against them, sometimes presenting documents to substantiate his claims.
His most recent expose had to do with the Director General of the Ghana Maritime Authority who sanctioned and approved some 130 thousand Ghana cedis to be spent on a party for staff of the Authority at his own hotel.
The Director General at a press conference to address the issue, conceded the amount was spent but explained it was approved by the Board of the Authority.
He went further to accuse Kwame A-Plus of trying to blackmail him and extort money from him and threatened to sue him in court.
But the musician turned self-styled anti-corruption crusader seem unfazed and took to his Facebook page and wrote ‘’It is not by chance that Rawlings has survived 1979 till date. It is not by chance that so many people keep hating Shatta Wale but he still has the biggest fan base in Ghana. Some people wonder, “so those who follow shatta koraaa ah” and I ask them, why are they not following your father? It is not by chance that you hate Afia Schwarzenegger but she is still living her life, a very happy and strong woman after everything that happened. It is not by chance that CID, Flagstaff house communications, ministry of information, NPP National communications, Chraj and their Facebook army were not and will never be able to stop me. It is not by human strength. It is something called grace. Ask God for his grace. You will live a fearless life and conquer your enemies in your sleep.’’
