All Peoples’ Congress flag bearer Hassan Ayariga has accused the Ghanaian voter of consistently voting for wicked leaders.
According to him, the nation is not developing because of wicked leaders who have run the country since independence.
“If not because of wicked leaders do you think we won’t be developed? Imagine a nation of 25 to 30 million people and we can’t use the resources we have to develop the country?”, Mr. Ayariga stressed in an interview on a radio station in the Eastern Region.
He is therefore urging the citizenry to take their destiny into their own hands and vote for change in the December elections.
NPP stole Special Prosecutor idea from the APC
On the fight against corruption, the APC flag bearer accused the governing NPP of stealing the idea of the Special Prosecutor from him.
According to him, his party proposed the setting up of the office of the independent prosecutor but the governing party copied it hurriedly and named it the Special Prosecutor.
“We proposed the office of the independent prosecutor but they quickly copied it and named it Special Prosecutor. That is the reason they are unable to implement it properly”, he claimed.
He accused the government of putting impediments in the way of the Special Prosecutor making it difficult for him to work.
Ayariga tours Ashanti Region
The APC flag bearer is taking his campaign tour to the Ashanti region after kick starting it in the Greater Accra Region.
Mr. Hassan Ayariga is expected to spend two days in the region where he will be interesting with traders, drivers and other voters in the governing NPP’s stronghold.
