Use your creativity and ingenuity to make Africa great-Sammi Awuku urges African Youth

The Board Chairman of the Youth Employment Agency (YEA), Mr. Sammi Awuku has extolled youth on the African continent to endeavor to use their creativity and ingenuity for the overall benefit of the continent.

According to Mr. Awuku who is also the National Organiser of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), the youth must focus on using their God-given talents to serve the interest of the continent.

Mr. Awuku who was addressing participants at the maiden edition of the African Students and Alumni Forum (ASAF) Regional Workshop in Accra, admonished the youth from the various countries to brighten their small corners and also use their networks to serve the African interest.

The iconic and charismatic YEA Board Chairman indicated his resolve to leverage on the links he has identified beween the ASAF and the YEA for the benefit of the generality of the Ghanaian youth.

He lauded the organisers of the workshop for the initiative and for assembling young visionary minds from across the continent of Africa for the cardinal and key purpose of harnessing their potentials for the benefit of Africa.

Other Speakers at the event were the Head of European Union delegation to Ghana, Ambassador Diana Acconcia, Professor Etienne Ehouan Ehile, Secretary General Association of African Universities, Ms. Antoaneta Angelova-Krasteva, the Director for Innovation, International Cooperation and Sports, European Commission , Mr Bismark Amefianu of the All African Students Union and Cosmas Kombat, Co-Lead, African Students and Alumni Forum (ASAF).
