Reliable information available to BestNewsGH.com indicates that Kingsley Asiedu, the younger brother of the Chief Executive Officer of Menzgold Ghana Limited Nana Appiah Mensah who is being sought after by customers of the company in the United Kingdom (UK) and Spain is in Ghana on a mission to ‘’clean up’’ the assets of the company under the instructions of NAM1 as the Menzgold boss is popularly known.

In the wake of a judgement debt being awarded to a businessman in Kumasi, Nam1 has dispatched his brother Kingsley Asiedu to Ghana to “clean up” all assets of Menzgold to prevent the businessman or any other aggrieved customers who intend to sue the company from gaining any assets.

With the help of the company’s corporate manager Nana Yaw Offei, Head of Operations and Supervision, Mrs. Abigail Mensah and Communications Director, Nii Armah Amarteifio, Kingsley’s first task is to diversify all assets of the company to close family members. Those assets which would require a longer time to do so or legal authorization are to be immediately sold off at the best offers and the funds laundered out to shell corporations and safe havens in the Caribbean.

His second task is to mobilize as much physical cash to be flown out to Nam1. With Nam1 having to abruptly flee the country, he was unable to gather enough money to sustain him especially as the ongoing Menzgold saga with Bank of Ghana and SEC has taken longer than he anticipated. He is therefore reportedly keen to financially support himself and his family in the foreseeable future.

The direction from Bank of Ghana to all financial institutions in the country to freeze and stop any transactions with Menzgold company has hindered the simple option of sending money via bank transfer to Nam1, therefore necessitating the need for Kingsley to fly out as much money that can be mobilized to him.

Kingsley is currently going about this task from his hide out in East Legon and driving a black pick-up truck in town, a far cry from the flashy cars he has been associated with in the past.

This information has been passed onto the security agencies including the Immigration service so as to apprehend and arrest Kingsley when he tries to leave the country.
