Study reveals that crying between 7 PM & 10 PM can help you lose weight

According to a recent study published by AsiaOne, people tend to lose body fat by actually shedding tears and venting out their bottled-up emotions. The science behind this is that the hormones released from crying actually increases the cortisol level in our body, which then leads to fat loss. 

Moreover, any stress-induced tears also help in removing toxic substances from our body, with the fascinating findings of this study also being backed by a research conducted by William Frey, a well-known biochemist.

However, for those of you who don’t cry that easily, it might be a little difficult to reap the benefits of shedding tears. That is because, according to the findings of this study, you will only lose fat if your tears are genuine. In other words, crocodile tears just won’t work.

So, the next time you feel like releasing your pent-up emotions, there is no reason for you to hold back your tears! After all, you might just end up avoiding a trip to the gym.
