The Head Pastor of Liberty House Christian Centre, Rev. Prophet Luke Luki Barson has donated various items including a Plasma Television Set to the Prampram Polyclinic in the Greater Accra Region.

The donation was particulay targeted at the Children’s Ward of the Polyclinic and marks part of the birthday celebration of the revered Man of God.

Beside the donation, Rev. Prophet Luke Barson also paid the medical bills of the patients in the Children’s Ward.

In his remarks, Rev. Barson opined that the donation was to help alleviate the plight of the less fortunate in Society and that he deemed it imperative to share with the children on the occasion of his birthday.

‘’I decided to break out of the norm of throwing a party to enjoy with friends and family, but to share with the less privileged in society and I particularly chose the Prampram Polyclinic and the Children’s Ward because they have a special place in my heart’’ he averred.

Rev. Barson who accompanied by his wife, Lady Rev. Evelyn Barson and  some staff of the church continued that ‘’We also want to let you know that we appreciate your work as doctors and nurses and staff and that our prayers are with you. It takes love and care to be able to do what you’re doing and we pray that God will continue to strengthen you and we look forward to putting up something more concrete that all of us can enjoy’’.

He also took time to share a word of prayer with the patients, while assuring them of God’s healing powers.

The Senior Hospital Administrator for the Prampram Polyclinic, Rev. Samuel Obeng Mensah on behalf of the facility thanked Rev. Luke Barson for the gesture, explaining that such virtues are worthy of emulation.

‘’We are so happy and privileged to see what we are seeing and we want the whole world to know that it is the duty of people who are called into the vineyard of God. Prophet Luke is a very meek man, a  very wonderful man, a very strong man and a spiritual man who didn’t want to celebrate his birthday alone, but thinks of the underprivileged by coming to the Prampram Polyclinic to do such a donation, it beats our imagination and we are so happy for these wonderful gifts. We believe that it will affect a lot of lives, especially the children and the pregnant women’’ he said.

The items were received by the Senior Medical Officer of the Prampram polyclinic, Dr. Darrel Karikari who expressed profound gratitude to Rev. Barson for the donation.

She was even more happy that some of the patients, most of whom found it difficult to pay their bills had them paid by Rev. Luke Barson.
