The woes of a loving plus-sized girlfriend who wanted to please her boyfriend has deepened.
This is because she has been struck by a massive stroke which has left her bedridden after she resorted to taking pills that will make her shed some weight.

Hospital Authorities who are caring for the lady discovered that the weight-loss pills the lady was administering caused an excessive increase in her blood pressure, resulting in the stroke.
She was said to have taken the pills in large quantities, thinking it would speed up the process of getting her slim.
A twitter user by name Naija Brand Chick who broke the story said the boyfriend has dumped the lady following her condition and has since moved on.
The lady who is said to be in critical condition is in her early 20s.
