The Director-General of the National Lottery Authority (NLA), Mr. Sammi Awuku has revealed that the Corporate Social Responsibility unit of the Authority, the Good Causes Foundation will be offering some significant support to the Presbyterian Senior High Technical School at Kubease in Larteh Akuapem in the Eastern Region.
The school which is popularly known as Larteh-Salem, during last weekend, held its 8th Speech and Prize Giving Day, attracting various dignitaries including sons and daughters of Akuapeman.
The NLA Director-General who was one of the Special Guests at the event, assured in his address that the Good Causes Foundation’s support to the school is aimed at providing quality education that will culminate in the churning out of well-grounded youth for national development.
Mr. Awuku averred that ‘’The school, through our Good Causes Foundation will be supported to provide quality education that makes today’s youth more equipped for our national development.’’
The NLA Director-General urged the students to have a sense of discipline, integrity, humility, and Godly character throughout their studies and lives.
He further congratulated all the award winners at the school for a good job done and urged all of them to take their studies seriously in order to secure their future.
