Legal practitioner and Chief Executive Officer of Wortel Afrik, Yaa Sarfoa Ayisi is pushing for the constant update of the will of the men in order to avoid legal tussles that arise after their demise.

She bemoaned the situation in which some men have commitment to several women but refuse to clarify who takes what in his estate.

Madam Sarfoa Ayisi who was speaking at the launch of a book authored by Kingsley Adjenku Hayford titled Personal Finance Today, said once men are able to clarify in their wills how many beneficiaries there are and who takes what, it makes the administration of the man’s estate easier and acceptable by all the interested parties.

She is therefore advising that men continuously update their wills as they keep adding to their estate or acquiring more properties.

The book is a financial literacy material aimed at guiding readers on financial management, personal financial decisions, prudent spending and wealth creation.
