Reports have it that the Ofankor residence of the embattled landlord, Stephen Nana Kankam who shot and killed his tenant has been burnt by some irate youth of the area.

The landlord who is currently in police custody was said to have shot and killed 31 year old Benjamin Okyere, popularly known as Kobby for failing to vacate his house after his 2-year rent had expired.

BestNewsGH.com reports that the landlord gave the tenant, now deceased, less than 24 hours to pack out of his house, a notice that was deemed too short by the late budding musician.

The argument by the deceased that his rent will expire at midnight on Sunday May 24, 2020 infuriated the landlord who reached for a gun and shot and killed him.

The irate youth decided to revenge the death of their friend by setting house in question ablaze and warning to do worse if justice is not served.
