The National Chairman of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Samuel Ofosu Ampofo has begged the Court trying him over the leaked tape to give him some 10 days to enable him have some rest.
BestNewsGH.com can report that the legal team of the NDC National Chairman cited political activities and constant travels as having a toll on Mr. Ampofo.
Member of his legal team, Mr. Edudzi Tamekloe speaking on Accra based Okay Fm and monitored by BestNewsGH.com confirmed they have written to the judge, asking for the 10 days rest period.
