The threat, according to BestNewsGH.com sources, emanate from the surprise announcement by Harry and Meghan of their intention to step down as ‘senior royals’ and take a backstage out of the limelight.

The couple are said to get about 95% of their funding, estimated at some £2.3 Million annually, from Prince Charles.

BestNewsGH.com is informed, the Royal Family is treating the announcement by Harry and Meghan as a crisis, with the Queen ordering royal officials to appear with the couple for a meeting last night, a meeting Meghan failed to attend.

Meghan according to reports in the UK seems to have left for Canada and left Harry to battle his disappointed family, encapsulating his father, Prince Charles and elder brother, Prince William.

Harry and Meghan on Wednesday, January 8, 2019 shocked the world when they announced they intended to carve out a ‘progressive new role’ that include splitting their time between the UK and North America and that they were working at ensuring they become independent financially.

They said they were ready to go without money from the Sovereign Grant, which is the tax payers’ money that funds the royal family.
