Founder and convener of Concerned Voters Movement (CVM) Mr. Razak Kojo Opoku has launched a passionate appeal to the generality of the Ghanaian people to massively vote on December 7 to retain President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in power.
According to him, the Ghanaian electorate must consider the several policies rolled out by President Akufo-Addo and his government which is benefiting everyone including opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) Flagbearer John Dramani Mahama and members of his party across the country.
Mr. Kojo Opoku lists the following as policies which are directly and indirectly impacting and benefiting Mr. Mahama and his party members, based on which Ghanaians must retain the President and the NPP in power

According to him, the penchant of Mr. Mahama and the NDC to bastardize President Akufo-Addo and the NPP, particularly their programmes and policies smacks of a group who are unpatriotic and does not have the wellbeing of the Ghanaian people at heart.
Speaking in an interview with the Media, Mr. Kojo Opoku opined that ‘’Because of Akufo-Addo, NDC Members and John Mahama DO NOT PAY School fees for their Children at the Senior High Schools. Because of Akufo-Addo, John Mahama and NDC Members DO NOT PAY Water Bills, they continue to enjoy all these because of a government and leadership which puts the interest and wellbeing of the people first.’’
He added that it takes only a visionary leader like President Akufo-Addo to run the country in such an effective and efficient manner that has seen almost every facet of the economy turned around for the better, explaining that any move to bring back Mr. Mahama and the NDC will not only spell doom for the country, but also reverse the clock of progress.
