The Nantional Organiser of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Sammi Awuku has expressed confidence in the ability of the party’s student wing, the Tertiary Students Confederacy (TESCON) to help deliver victory to the NPP in the 2020 elections.
The optimism of the affable and dynamic NPP National Organiser stems from his engagement with the students during the maiden edition of the National TESCON Training and Orientation Conference which held at at the University of Ghana, Legon , on Sunday July 28, 2019.
Mr. Awuku who was enthused about the prospects of TESCON in the 2020 elections, took to his Facebook Page and wrote:
‘’It was a great opportunity to address the participants on ” Canvassing and Mobilizing Techniques on Campus” . I reiterated the need to be willing to sacrifice and have an enduring spirit to achieve victory as a Great Canvasser.
Such a wonderful platform to engage with the Students Wing of our Party!
Kudos to Youth leader, Henry Nana Boakye and his team, for organising this refreshing conference to re-orient our teeming youth for victory 2020.
Indeed, every Generation is credited with a certain responsibility .
I am confident TESCON will deliver in 2020’’
