The North East Regional Elections Committee of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) has issued guidelines for the conduct of the Regional Delegates Conference which is slated for Saturday May 18, 2019.
A press release issued by the committee and signed by it Secretary, Hon. Seth Panwum, popularly known as Boyoyo, confirmed that the elections will take place at the newly refurbished Assembly Hall of the Nalerigu Senior High School in the North East Regional Capital.
Mr. Panwum who visited the event venue yesterday to familiarize himself with the setting of the auditorium and to ensure it is ready for the event stated that ‘’The conference is billed to start at exactly 9am and delegates and candidates must be seated by 8:30am. Please note that no lateness will be tolerated’’.

NPP NORTH EAST REGIONAL DELEGATES CONFERENCE
a) Notice is hereby served that the Regional Delegates Conference of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the North East Region comes off on Saturday May 18, 2019 at the newly refurbished Assembly Hall of the Nalerigu Senior High School
b) The conference is billed to start at exactly 9am and delegates are supposed to be seated by 8:30am. Please note that no lateness will be tolerated
c) All Delegates and Candidates are advised to pick their accreditations and that of their agents at the event venue by 8am
d) All stakeholders are reminded that only accredited persons would be admitted into the auditorium for purposes of ensuring sanity during the event
e) All stakeholders and their assigns are also extolled to conduct themselves in a very civil manner to allow for an incident-free event
f) The Regional Elections Committee assures all stakeholders that all measures have been put in place to ensure a free, fair and transparent election
g) Any agent whose conduct may undermine the smooth conduct of the elections shall be walked out by the security
