The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the McDan Group of Companies, Dr. Daniel McKorley has impressed upon the people of Kpatinga in the Northern Region to resist the temptation of tearing down each other, but embrace one another as brothers and sisters in peace.

Dr. McKorley who is the Gugba Naa of the Dagbon kingdom, BestNewsGH.com can confirm, sent the message of peace to the people of Kpatinga and its environs following riots that broke out in the village.

BestNewsGH.com reports Dr. McKorley as saying ‘’Give peace a chance and let’s all accord our overlord Yaa Na of Dagbon the utmost respect, space and support to spearhead our unity and development. We can’t make any meaningful gains in conflict. Neither can we attract the positive investments urgently needed when our mothers and children are running for dear life.’’

According to the Business Mogul, wars and conflicts only tend to retard the development and progress of the community.

Dr. McKorley who has initiated several development projects in the northern region including the construction of school blocks for some schools, warned that care must be taken to ensure that the recent skirmishes which has led to the destruction of several homes and properties does not get out of control.

‘’I entreat the youth most especially to halt all tendencies of violence and lets work together for the development of mother Ghana in PEACE.’’ he added in a post on his Facebook Page and sighted by BestNewsGH.com..
