Ghana Embassy in US to collaborate with  US-based Ghanaian Churches to raise funds to fight COVID-19

The Ghana Embassy in the United States of America as part of efforts to help in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, will organize a fundraising event soon, according to Ghana’s Ambassador to the United States of America (USA), Baffour Adjei Bawuah.

According to him, the move is aimed at supporting government’s fight against the pandemic back home in Ghana.

A statement issued by the Embassy and signed by the Ambassador and sighted by BestNewsGH.com read in part that “The Embassy will launch a fundraising campaign, in close collaboration with US-based Ghanaian Churches and associations to support the fight against COVID-19 in Ghana.”
