GFA to migrate to electronic ticketing soon

The Ghana Football Association, (GFA) is initiating steps that will enable it migrate from manual to electronic ticketing.

To this end, the Association, BestNewsGH.com can confirm, is studying various proposals submitted to it and will take a final decision soon.

BestNewsGH.com reports GFA President Kurt Okraku as saying his outfit is studying five proposals on electronic ticketing system that will allow fans to purchase tickets online very soon in the season.

He made the revelation during the first edition of the GFA meet the press series yesterday, Monday, January 27, 2020 at the Conference Room of Exim Bank in Accra.

He said “Yesterday we saw a great atmosphere at the Accra Sports Stadium and I must say we have five proposals for electronic ticketing for our games. We shall consider these.”

The approval of any of the proposals will allow football fans to purchase tickets online via Visa Cards, Master Cards or Mobile Money, without going to the stadium.
