FIFA extends Nyantakyi‘s suspension by 45 days

World Football governing body FIFA has extended the ban it imposed on former Ghana FA boss Kwesi Nyantakyi by an additional 45 days.

Mr. Kwesi Nyantakyi was suspended from his position as executive council member of FIFA following the number 12 expose by investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas.

A statement issued by the Adjudicatory Chamber of the FIFA ethics committee said the chair of the adjudicatory Chamber of the ethics committee has decided to extend the provisional suspension, during which time Mr. Nyantakyi will continue to be banned from all football-related activities both at the National and international levels. The extension of the ban according to the statement in the possession of BestNewsGH.com will commence today, 6th September 2018.
