The Electoral Commission says it will begin accepting applications for accreditation from interested media houses that will like to observe the upcoming referendum for the creation of new regions in the country from Tuesday, December 18 2018 through to Monday December 24 2018.
The various interested media houses are to apply to the regional directors of the commission responsible for the carved out areas using the name of the media house, address, name of the reporter as well as the staff ID of the reporter.
A statement issued by the Commission and signed by its chairperson, Mrs. Jean Mensa stated that only media houses that have formally applied will be served.
