The electoral commission has refused to take culpability for the mix up in the name of Mr. Kojo Adu Asare who contested the deputy General Secretary position of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) at its ongoing national delegates conference.

Mr. Adu Asare’s Picture on the ballot paper had a wrong name Justice Yeboah attached to it.

Before the electoral commission officially declared the results of the conference, it clarified that it cannot be blamed for the mix up, explaining that the ballot papers were printed by the NDC elections committee and so they should be held accountable.

It is unclear how Mr. Adu Asare has taken the issue as the party is yet to respond to his concerns.

This website promises to keep an eye on any development that may arise out of this issue.
