Eastern Region NPP thanks Chiefs and People for warm reception accorded President Akufo-Addo

The ruling New Patriotic Party in the Eastern region has expressed appreciation to the chiefs and people of the region for the warm and enthusiastic welcome they accorded the President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo during his 3 day tour of the region.

A statement, issued by the party’s regional office and signed by the regional secretary, Jeff Konadu Addo said the party was particularly grateful to the chiefs and people of the communities and constituencies the president visited.

The letter also thanked the Members of Parliaments of the various constituencies in the region, the Ministers who accompanied the president, the Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives, Chief Executive Officers of state owned enterprises as well as constituency executives for their immense contribution towards  making the visit of the president a success.

Other party supporters and the media were also acknowledged in the letter.

The Eastern Regional Tour of the President, H. E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo, came to a successful end in Kwahu on Saturday November 24, 2018.

The visit saw him meet and interact with chiefs and people of the various communities in the region where he also commissioned and inspected various projects being undertaken by the government.

The president also visited some sites for the One District One Factory initiative and commissioned some water projects as well.
