The Chief Executive Officer of the Youth Employment Agency (YEA), Lawyer Justin Kodua Frimpong has shown love and affection to the less privileged in the Ashanti Region.
As his contribution towards the fight against the COVID-19 virus which has been declared as a pandemic by the World Health Organisation (WHO), Mr. Kodua Frimpong joined the Minister for Education, Dr. Mathew Opoku Prempeh in his Constituency, Manhyia South, as they reached out to the needy and vulnerable.
They made donations of various items to the Cheshire Kumasi Home and the Kumasi Children’s Home.
BestNewsGH.com can report that Mr. Kodua Frimpong later visited the blind community in Saabo Zongo, where he extended the support to them too.
At Saabo Zongo, the donation was received on behalf of the community by the President of the Council of Zongo Chiefs Alhaji Musa Akabonga.
Again, Mr. Kodua Frimpong visited Akwatia Line and Aboabo where he lent his support by feeding the vulnerable, while using the occasion to caution them to adhere to the protocols outlined by government and health authorities including social distancing.
He also appealed to the generality of the Ghanaian people to keep faith with government as the country initiate steps to contain the pandemic, explaining that it was imperative that public spirited individuals and organisations have the needy at heart, by reaching out to them in these difficult times.
So far, Ghana has recorded 313 cases of the COVID-19 Virus, with 6 deaths, according to the Ghana Health Service.
