Breaking News: Stephen Atugiba steps down from NDC race, throws support to Mahama

Information trickling in to BestNewsGH.com suggests that opposition National Democratic Congress presidential candidate hopeful, Stephen Atugiba has withdrawn from the race and thrown his weight behind former president John Dramanin Mahama who is seen as the favourite to clinch the slot.

Mr Atugiba has subsequently called on his supporters to rally around the former president in the quest of the NDC to recapture political power.

This website is informed that Mr. Atugiba will hold a press briefing soon to announce his decision to withdraw from the race and support Mr. Mahama.
