President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has appointed Dr. Bernard Okoe Boye as the Deputy Minister for Health.
The Okoe Boye is the Member of Parliament for Ledzokuku Constituency and the Board Chairman of the Korlebu Teaching Hospital.
He replaces the Hon. Alexander Kodwo Kom Abban, the Member of Parliament for Gomoa West, who has been reassigned to the Ministry of Communications as Deputy Minister.

A statement signed by the Director of Communications at the Office of the President, Eugene Arhin said the appointments take immediate effect.
