Breaking News: KNUST to reopen on November 8, Otumfuo to reconstitute new council by 2nd November

The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology will be reopened on Thursday, 8th November 2018, government has announced.

A statement issued by the Ministry of information and signed by the Minister-Designate, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah and which seeks to update the public on happenings in the University stated in part that government has requested the chancellor of the University, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II to lead the next steps in reconstituting the university council in accordance with the university’s statutes and relevant laws.

The statement said the reconstituted Council should be ready by the 2nd of November, 2018

‘’ The reconstituted council will then take over from the interim governing council’’ the statement added.
