Akufo-Addo Greater Accra tour: President cuts sod for Tema town roads

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo today cut sod for the construction of the Tema town roads.

The president who today Tuesday, 4th December, 2018 commenced his 3 day tour of the Greater Accra Region, visited the Healthi-Life Beverages Company Ltd., a beneficiary company of the current ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) Government’s GH¢237 million stimulus package aimed at supporting existing Ghanaian industries and improving their competitiveness.

The president also inspected ongoing works on the Tema Steel Works and the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) Pilot Concrete Roads Project and the Grade Separation of the Tema Motorway Intersection.

President Akufo-Addo also commissioned an ice plant and a transport terminal at Nungua, in the Krowor constituency.
