Dancehall artiste, Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr, popularly known as Shatta Wale in the showbiz arena has endorsed President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for another four year term, citing his sterling performance as the country’s President.

According to him, the policies initiated by the President, including the Free Senior High School (FSHS) among others, is indicative of the fact that the president has the welfare of the generality of the Ghanaian people at heart.

He is even more impressed with the president’s handling of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In a video sighted by BestNewsGH.com in which he was granting an interview, Shatta Wale said the president has done marvelously well and that the other political parties should come together and understand that he needs to be given another 4 years.

He said:

‘’He has done so marvelous, that he can really go down and care about his people, talking about giving them free this, free that. You know he came with this free education thing and most people never understood that. But he is working and you know in a period like this if he can come out and be supporting us like this, I don’t see any African President doing this apart from him, so I believe we need to clap for him. Every morning when we wake up, you know the way people go to church and clap, I believe we should be clapping for the President like that because he is doing marvelously well. I just feel that we should get the other political parties, that they should understand and give him another 4 years.’’
