The 5th edition of the Wisdom Summit of the Wisdom Temple of the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC) comes off tomorrow November 14, 2018 at the church auditorium, near star junction, Tabora in Accra.
Head pastor of the church, Rev. Gabriel Dela expatiating on the summit on Accra based Melody Fm and monitored by BestNewsGH.com said it is an annual event which has been running for the last five years adding that this years’, the 5th in the series is going to ‘‘bigger, better and greater’’.
Dilating on the background of the summit, Rev. Gabriel Dela quoted the Bible as admonishing man to in all his getting, get wisdom and understanding, explaining that a lot of people confuse wisdom and understanding.
‘’Wisdom is simply taking the right step and obviously God’s way is the best way and that’s why sometimes our journey with God is just to believe what God says and that is wisdom. But when you get to a certain deeper, you need to get an understanding of whatever decision or why God was saying that and that gets to establish you. The Bible says through wisdom is the house built, through understanding it is established and so for us to get the establishment in our walk with God, in our marriage, in life, in success, in business it’s important to not just scratch the surface, but understand what happened, what’s the dynamics, why things move the way they do’’ he averred.
He said the Wisdom summit offers the opportunity to dig deeper into the word of God to gain deeper understanding of God’s word, which is a treasure house through which timeless teachings are taught, to allow for a change in the situations of people including their lives, marriages, businesses and every facet of human endeavour.
